CSR Initiatives

SIL believes that the corporate sector are economic organs of the society and therefore endeavours to make a positive difference to the society by trying to build a better tomorrow.

The sectors identified under the scope of CSR activities are as follows:

  1. Community Health Improvement: Periodical medical check-up blood donation camps to be organized near the project site eye check-up camps health awareness camps for mothers and children and health and hygiene practices
  2. Community Education Facilities: Augmentation of furniture, blackboard etc. in village schools to award scholarships to meritorious students, distribution of educational books, stationery, uniforms aids etc.

  3. Community Welfare Activities: Development of worship places, beautification, distribution of seeds & saplings, promotion & support to various Govt schemes.

  4. Community Water Conservation: Rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge pits and water conservation awareness programs.

  5. Infrastructural Development: Village Pond retrieval and R.O installation

  6. A Forestation Programs: Plantation of trees on Village roadsides.
